Displacement Detector

The displacement detector is used to detect the spot´s moving position through the transverse effect or the current difference between different pixels,and its resolution can be up to 0.1μm or less. The displacement detector is divided into two types: quadrant PD and PSD. Quadrant PD is more suitable for spot alignment applications, while PSD is easier to obtain absolute position. Depending on the selected material (Si, InGaAs, MCT), it can meet different application requirements.
