Area Manager
-To manage including monitor of sales performance of the area
/ accounts assigned.
-To achieve sales target on a quarterly and yearly basis assigned
by BA Head.
-To ensures appropriate techniques and skills are developed
and consistently applied.
-To work closely with local distributors in the area assigned.
-To promote products and services offered by the company to
the customers (end users).
-To exercise supervisory authority over Application Specialists
to include but not limited to training, assigning work, appraising
performance, disciplining employees as well as addressing complaints
and resolving issues in the area /region.
-To design yearly budgeting exercise.
-To conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business
and Behavior in Competition.
-To ensures compliance with the company SOP regulations.
-To ensures compliance with safety, sales and other policies
and procedures while maintaining high levels of professional
standards and performance.
-Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager.
